This blend is the collection of cherries from different farms. The fruit bears the goodness of the rich Yirgacheffe soil, giving this variety its unique taste and flavour notes.
One of the contributing farms belongs to Gizaw Alemayehu and his wife. The family has been in the coffee business for 45+ years. The Alemayehu family produces, processes, grades and exports coffee. They work with farmer groups of the region, coaching them on the production of special natural coffees.
