We always roast your coffee fresh to order. It only takes 2 business days to roast and pack your order ready for delivery to you once we receive your order. We then use the services of Australia Post to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In many cases your order may arrive sooner than stipulated below. If your order is placed on Friday 12pm through to Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday. If Monday is a Public Holiday, then dispatch will occur on the Tuesday.
If there is a problem with your order, or we believe your order may take longer to arrive, we will notify you. All prices are calculated automatically when you place your order. Where possible we endeavor to keep all freight charges to a minimum.
